Our practice is led by licensed architect and Florida-native, Jovan Rodriguez, who brings over 18 years of experience spanning architecture and construction, including work on residential, commercial, mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, health-care, higher education, retail, and restaurant projects. After years of working across a range of project types and delivery methods, the firm was established in 2023 to offer clients a more responsive, coordinated, and execution-focused architectural service.
We regularly collaborate with developers, contractors, consultants, and municipal agencies, bringing deep familiarity with Florida zoning, permitting, and jurisdictional processes, particularly throughout the Tampa Bay area and South Florida.
The practice is structured to scale efficiently through trusted consultant partnerships and project-specific team coordination—allowing us to support projects of varying size and complexity without sacrificing quality or responsiveness.
